All sales are final. No refund, return or exchange is available once payment has been made.
1. About this site
This website is operated as a demonstration store for payment testing. By browsing or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products and pricing
We try to show colours, descriptions and prices accurately, but photos may differ slightly from the product because of screen settings and handmade variations. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated. We may change prices or withdraw products at any time before an order is confirmed.
3. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed only after the payment succeeds. Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments; we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if we suspect fraud, and any amount charged for a cancelled order will be returned to the original payment method.
4. No refunds or cancellations
All sales are final. Once a payment has been made, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund, return or exchange will be provided, except where required by law or where we cancel the order ourselves under section 3. Please check your selection and details carefully before paying.
5. Shipping and delivery
Orders above ₹2,000 ship free; a flat ₹99 shipping fee applies below that. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location and courier. You must provide a complete and correct address; we are not responsible for delays or loss caused by wrong or incomplete details.
6. Damaged or wrong items
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or with the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos. We will review the claim and, at our discretion, replace the item. Claims reported later cannot be accepted.
7. Your account and information
You agree to give accurate contact and address details. We use them only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it, and we do not sell them to third parties.
8. Intellectual property
Site design, text and logos belong to the store or its licensors. Product photographs are credited in the footer. You may not copy or reuse site content without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the store is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the store’s registered location.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
